As cliche as it sounds, finding yoga, back in 2014, helped me to ‘find myself’ and intensified my self-awareness. When I began practicing, I felt more connected to myself, and for the first time I became aware of some of the tendencies of my own mind that were not serving me.
And crikey! There was a lot… I could have written a whole guide titled ‘1001 ways how NOT to talk to yourself’!
From there onwards yoga has been a continuous journey towards self-knowledge, self-acceptance and authentic self-expression.
I truly believe in this ancient practice as a route to holistic wellness. Whether it’s body misalignments, injury recovery, stress management, weight loss or mind training. The beautiful thing about yoga is that it’s accessible to anyone, regardless of their age, strength or flexibility level.
My on-going practice and deeper exploration of the other limbs of yoga led me to take a first solo-trip to India to complete a 200 hour yoga teacher training at the birth place of yoga, Rishikesh.
I’m keen to share my knowledge and passion with you, and I invite you to join me on this journey to a more conscious and balanced life.
I want to offer everyone an opportunity to become their own best friend.
I lead energetic Vinyasa Yoga Flow group classes that can be easily adapted to different levels.
Private yoga tuition is also available, allowing you to practice in the comfort of your own home, with a programme specifically planned to meet you at your level and provide you with the nourishment you need, as well as materials to help you deepen your practice in-between sessions.
